HACKATHON
Build Something That Matters.
VisionX Hackathon — March 24
VisionX is hosting a one-week online hackathon starting March 24th — an open space for tech students to connect, grow, and turn a real-world problem into a working web application.
What's It About?
This hackathon is built around two things: networking and problem-solving. VisionX will give you a problem to solve — your job is to build a web app that tackles it. The winner's project will be presented to Reach Academy by VisionX. There's no guarantee the Academy will take it further, but it's a real opportunity to get your work seen by people.
Format
Prizes & Recognition
There is no monetary reward of any kind. If you win, VisionX will present your project to Reach Academy under your name — but even that comes with no guarantees. What happens next depends entirely on the quality of your work.
Who Should Apply?
You're a great fit if you are:
- A university student in Computer Science, IT, or any tech-related field — ideally in your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year
- Comfortable communicating in English at a B2 level or above, as your work and presentation will be reviewed mainly by reviewers from 🇬🇷 Greece, 🇩🇿 Algeria, 🇫🇷 France, 🇨🇿 Czech Republic, and 🇵🇹 Portugal
Tech Stack
You're free to use whatever tools work best for you. That said, we have a preference for Python / Django on the web development side — so if you're comfortable with it, go for it.
